Live in Hallandale. Yes the streets were like lakes. Thankful my car was not submerge in the waters. Its scary to get caught in that flood when driving. Like the obly place to go that is dry,is on top of your roof.

I grew up in Florida, and you will be amazed at the amount of people that will drive to a flooded street to water log their vehicles for insurance claim purposes. Also, people would purposely flood their trucks in boat ramps trying to come out of payments. This is why vehicle insurance is so expensive in Florida.
